Who I am
Lewis Web Studio is the trading name of Jonah Lewis, sole trader. I am the person who decides how the details you send me are used.
What the contact form collects
When you use the contact form I collect:
- your name
- your email address
- the message you write
If you email me directly, I receive your email address and whatever you put in your email.
Why I collect it
I use these details only to read your message and reply to you, for example to talk about a website or to send you a mockup or a quote. I do not use them for marketing lists and I do not sell them.
Who else sees it
The contact form is run by Formspree, a third-party service. Your message passes through Formspree so that it can be sent on to my email. Formspree has its own privacy policy, which you can read on its website. This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiries for up to 12 months after the last message between us, then delete them. If you become a customer, I keep the details I need to look after your website and to keep basic records of the work.
Your choices
You can ask me what details of yours I hold, ask me to correct them, or ask me to delete them. Email me and I will reply. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
